including Asmau Dankano and Amechi Akwari from the Bank of Industry (Nigeria), Toyin Bakare from SAS Textiles (Nigeria) and Em Ekong from ANDE (Ghana). Their visit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange insights into how we’ve built a Smart Lean Factory and integrated eco-conscious principles into our manufacturing processes.

During the visit, we shared VT Garment’s journey, which started with humble beginnings and a commitment to innovation. Like many companies, our early days were marked by challenges—balancing quality with scale, managing resources, and remaining competitive in an ever-evolving industry. However, our dedication to continuous improvement led us to explore Smart Manufacturing techniques, harnessing automation and data-driven processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

We also discussed how sustainability has become a core pillar of our production philosophy. Over the years, we have implemented green manufacturing practices, including waste reduction, energy-efficient processes, and the use of eco-friendly materials, aligning with global environmental standards.

The exchange with the delegates was mutually enriching. We look forward to building strong collaborations with these forward-thinking leaders in the future.
