Empowering Excellence at VT Garment and Sawbwa VT!

By Shark | Business | No Comments

This year, our focus is clear: Quality and Customer Focus. We’re proud to launch a transformative learning journey built around 8 key competencies that will shape the future of VT Garment and Sawbwa VT in 2025 and beyond.

Our inspiration is rooted in timeless wisdom:

“Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.” – Henry Ford

“If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.” – Richard Branson

These quotes remind us that true quality is built on integrity and that empowering our people is the key to exceptional customer experiences.

We’ve developed internal trainers for each topic — and they’ve just completed their first round of classes with flying colors!

Topics include:

• Customer Focus

• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

• Effective Written Communication

• ISO 9001 Quality Management

• AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)

• Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance (PM)

• Selling Skills

• Delegation

Our trainers have shown exceptional dedication — from arriving early to prepare, to using real factory examples, digital tools, and storytelling to make learning engaging and practical.

Feedback Highlights:

• Creating vibrant, inclusive learning environments

• Encouraging reflection and real-world application

• Promoting two-way communication and learner participation

• Integrating 5S principles: Stance, Silence, Sight, Smile, and Sound

• Using storytelling to inspire and deepen understanding

Whether it’s a lively maintenance workshop full of laughter and teamwork, or a deep dive into ISO standards and AQL inspection plans — every session is a step toward excellence.

📈Training is only the first step — the 10% in the 10:70:20 model.

To truly drive change, we must go beyond the classroom. That means follow-up, coaching, and real-world application. For soft skills, this means lasting change in behavior. For hard skills, it means confidently applying knowledge on the job.

This is a small step with big potential — and we’re just getting started. Trainees will continue to be supported by coaching, 1-on-1 reviews, and performance observations to build a culture of Quality and Customer focus.

Huge thanks to our passionate trainers and committed learners.

And a special thank you to Arnauld de Nadaillac, our consultant, for championing this idea and guiding us with insight and dedication throughout the journey.

Together, we’re building a future of excellence, one class at a time!
