We began today with merit making, our annual tradition to receive blessings at the start of the year. It felt especially meaningful as we received great news from a customer, asking us to prepare for 2027 orders, including 300,000 pieces for one key new style — positive news for everyone at VT.
We then launched our Big Cleaning Day, marking the start of our journey toward the Thailand 5S Award 2027, supported by expert consultants from the Technology Promotion Association (TPA) of Thailand and Japan.
This is not about winning a trophy. VT is our second home. Everyone comes to work wanting to achieve targets, earn stable income, and return home safely to their families. A clean, organised, and safe workplace is what makes this possible — and that is the true heart of 5S.
A safe and orderly workplace reduces accidents, prevents machine issues, ensures on‑time delivery, and improves quality — building stronger trust with our customers and a more secure future for all VT employees.
We ended the day with a concert and celebration, full of energy and optimism.
