We’ve noticed that long sewing thread ends from seams can sometimes sneak their way into our products, and while it may seem like a small issue, it’s actually one of the top 5 defects in garment factories worldwide. But hey, where’s the fun in sticking to the status quo, right?
That’s why we’ve decided to shake things up a bit! Instead of simply penalising production lines with high unclipped thread defects, we’ve turned it into a friendly competition!
Introducing our newest initiative: the Great Thread Trim-Off Challenge! Each production line will compete against one another to see who can produce the cleanest, most flawless garments, all while having a blast in the process!
Not only does this foster a fun atmosphere on the production floor, but it also encourages teamwork, creativity, and a bit of healthy competition. And hey, who doesn’t love a little friendly rivalry, right?
We’re thrilled to announce that for April 2024, lines 5, 6, and 8 emerged victorious in the competition! Stay tuned for updates on our progress and may the best production line win!
