It’s no longer just about skipped stitches or cleanliness — brands are now deeply focused on guaranteed fit. And to deliver consistent fit, we must rely on measurement data that is truly accurate and precise.

This is why our team recently completed a 2 day Measurement System Analysis (MSA) training.

We explored practical tools used in other industries and learned how to adapt them to apparel manufacturing. While garments will never require micron level precision, the principles are still invaluable:

How do we measure garments and get the same results as our customers?

How do we ensure different inspectors consistently give the same measurement?

How do we reduce variation caused by tools, methods, or technique?

MSA gives us a structured way to answer these questions and strengthen reliability in quality control, production, and process improvement.

This training is just the beginning — but it sets a strong foundation for improving our measurement consistency and supporting our mission to deliver products that fit right, every time.
