The training center is separated into 4 sections namely, 1. Lean 2. 5S 3. Kaizen and 4. safety. In order to apply their knowledge correctly, employees must understand the key concepts. We achieve this through the use of easy to understand lean production and 5S games. Learning to see!

21st QCC

VT started introducing Quality Control Circle (QCC, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quality_circle) in 2008. We have competed on a national level and our teams have won numerous Thailand QCC awards.
