Today’s showcase on Effective Written Communication reminded me that good writing isn’t just about structure—it’s about empathy. From a bird’s-eye view, it may seem systematic, but at its heart lies ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ, a deeply Thai trait.
When we’re conscious of the reader, we become mindful of our message—ensuring it’s clear, considerate, and beneficial. Expressing ourselves clearly is not just a skill; it’s a way of respecting the reader’s time and perspective. It was wonderful to see our trainees applying the 7Cs with care and intention.
Thank you, Khun Arnauld de Nadaillac, for being the spark behind our learning and development journey at VT and SVT. Your vision continues to shape a culture of thoughtful communication and growth.
