Today, we proudly hosted our Delegation Showcase, where our trainees stepped forward to share how they’ve applied the knowledge gained from our training sessions to their everyday work. It was truly refreshing to witness how learning is being translated into action, and how delegation is becoming a habit, not just a concept.
Our approach to people development is guided by the 70:20:10 framework—with 70% of learning coming from hands-on experience, 20% from coaching and feedback, and 10% from formal training. This reflects our belief that real growth happens when knowledge is applied beyond the classroom.
What resonated most today was the emphasis on trust—the cornerstone of effective delegation. It’s about mutual confidence between leaders and team members, and creating a win-win environment where everyone thrives.
