Since 2007, VT Garment has been dedicated to the 5S initiative—a workplace organisation method originating from Japan, renowned for its emphasis on quality. The 5S principles—Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, and Sustain—have made “Made in Japan” synonymous with excellence worldwide.
After years of commitment, it is time for us to challenge ourselves and advance to the next level. Our continuous 5S efforts over the years, including over 200 monthly 5S audits and meetings, and our LEED Green Building Platinum Certification, put us in a strong position to compete for the Thailand 5S Award.
We plan to prepare throughout 2025 and participate in the Thailand 5S Award in 2026. We believe in never accepting the status quo. We strive to innovate and continuously improve, avoiding the fate of becoming outdated like once-great companies such as Kodak that have faded into obscurity.
