VT Garment Completes Leman Automatic Template Sewing Machine Training

We’re pleased to share that eight members of our mechanics team have successfully completed an intensive five-day training programme on the Leman Automatic Template Sewing Machine, led by a master trainer from Leman China.
Traditionally, sewing has required strong craftsmanship, hand dexterity, and precision—skills that often take years of apprenticeship to master. However, template sewing represents a significant shift. By using a prepared template that requires placing fabrics precisely and in the correct order, the process reduces reliance on highly skilled operators while still delivering consistent quality and output.
This evolution shifts the critical skills to our mechanics, who now play a key role in supporting the product development team in creating templates and ensuring the machines are maintained in top condition and high availability. It’s a timely and practical solution for the current situation in the industry.
The training included both theoretical and practical components, followed by examinations. We’re proud to announce that all participants passed and are now officially certified.
