We are thrilled to announce VT Garment’s remarkable participation in the Thailand Quality Prize 2025! This year, we proudly sent two dedicated teams from our sewing and cutting departments to represent us.
At VT Garment, we believe that quality is not just about meeting standards; it’s about creating value and leaving a lasting impression on our customers. Quality encompasses shorter lead times, improved delivery, and competitive pricing, all aimed at exceeding customer expectations.
Since introducing Quality Control Circles (QCC) to VT Garment in 2007, we have successfully completed around 1,000 projects. You might wonder how we’ve managed to sustain this momentum for so long. The answer lies in our commitment to understanding the “why” behind every initiative. If we can’t answer the “why,” there’s no point in pursuing it.
So, why do we embrace QCC? Simply put, it reinforces and encourages a culture of challenging the status quo and viewing problems as opportunities for improvement. As the creator of Lean manufacturing, Taichi Ohno, once remarked, “Having no problem is the biggest problem of all.” This mindset has made a significant difference in our work and lives every day.
Today, we are proud to share that our teams have not only enjoyed themselves and created cherished memories but also won golden awards at the event! Their achievements are a testament to their hard work and dedication.
As Simon Sinek wisely said, “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And what you do simply proves what you believe”. This quote perfectly encapsulates our philosophy and drive for excellence.
Let’s celebrate our success and keep striving for greatness!
