VT Garment’s 27th Kaizen Competition

By Shark | Business | No Comments

Today marks a significant milestone for VT Garment as we celebrate our 27th Kaizen competition! Not the 10th, not the 20th, but the 27th!
The spirit of innovation and continuous improvement was palpable as our team members showcased their finest ideas to enhance our processes.
At VT, we firmly believe that those who are involved in daily operations have the best insights into pain points and potential improvements. That’s why we welcome suggestions with open arms. Small improvements, or “Kaizens,” may seem minor at first, but when compounded over time, they can transform our entire operation. As Atomic Habits teaches us, a daily improvement of just 1% can lead to an impressive 36 times betterment over the course of a year. Like drops of water forming rivers and oceans, these small, consistent changes set us on a path to success.
Today’s competition was particularly special as it was dedicated to our Myanmar employees. They delivered 3-minute presentations in their mother tongue in front of judges from Myanmar. This not only highlights our commitment to inclusivity but also shows that learning transcends nationality. Through this experience, our team members learned how to present confidently in front of hundreds of people while keeping their messages succinct and impactful.
Here’s to continuous improvement and the incredible power of Kaizen!
