We were honoured to have our Managing Director, Chalumpon Lotharukpong, represent VT Garment as a panelist at the NWRC (Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre) discussion at Sasin School of Management on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The panel explored how inclusion is not just a moral obligation—it’s a business strategy that drives efficiency, safety and innovation. At VT Garment, we’ve seen that small adjustments—such as bilingual signage, video manuals and accessible spaces—deliver significant benefits for everyone.

Impactful results from our inclusion journey:

Turnover rate below 1% thanks to respect for diverse learning styles and clear communication.

Process accessibility score at 100% in key areas like cutting and purchasing.

Confidence in applying accommodations rose from 21% to 82% after our HR Inclusion Tour.

Our key message to leaders:

Start small. Focus on changes that improve daily life for employees—because small steps compound into big results.

As James Clear writes in Atomic Habits:

“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”

Building inclusive systems is how we create lasting impact.

We are proud to support this mission as a donor to NWRC, helping advance workplace inclusion across Thailand.

Thank you to NWRC and Sasin for creating a platform for meaningful dialogue. Together, we can make workplaces more inclusive and future-ready.
