Japanese Steel Product Company Association paid a visit to VT Garment on 31st May 2018. The aim was to observe how Kaizen and QCC activities, which originated in Japan, could be adapted to suit Thai working culture. It was clear that an element of fun or “sanook” in Thai, is critical in ensuring a successful and sustainable implementation.
