VTG has been implementing lean or the so called Toyota Production System (TPS) since 2008. It is synonymous with our production system. Moreover it is an integral part of our DNA and has been the key component of our competitive advantage. It is no longer enough to be fast, we need to be more agile and precise. Fast fashion is being replaced by Accurate Fashion.
